If you're at this site, it's likely you've been referred here by one of our partners or you've been involved with us on one of our transactions.
And, if you've learned anything about us, or if you're new to us, you should know that our business purpose and service is really two-fold:
First, for more than 18 years we have provided capital - our capital - to small, mid-size business enterprises across the United States where particular growth opportunities or unique, temporary challenges call for additional cash to solve these situations (See tab "CCP").
Second, through our years of placing capital to small, mid-size business enterprises, we have developed skills and abilities that are effective in monitoring and recouping assets, or invested capital, and which professional skills are useful in the management of companies in transition and are retained by investor groups, principal owners and business advisors to meet the critical challenges of the small and mid-size business (See tab "CCM").
In providing capital, and at times, our disciplined management practices and procedures to the companies receiving our capital we not only realize a strong return on our capital placements but provide a structure and discipline that helps a company successfully execute on an opportunity or to meet a critical challenge.
