Coast Capital Partners, has provided, as a principal, its capital accommodations to small, mid-size business enterprises since 1989.

Our capital placements over these years have been as small as $50,000 to an enterprise that had a specific sales-marketing program it wished to undertake, up to $3,000,000 to a fully integrated business that lost its senior credit facility. Our capital has been provided through various structures, including secured senior or subordinated secured loans, junior loans, bridge loans, convertible loans, small equity infusions, specific project capital, the purchase of accounts receivable, participations in loans, loan guarantees, purchase order funding and other similar unique opportunistic situations.

Our capital placements have been directed to companies across a wide range of industries but most often where there is an established product(s) or service that has already been sold or provided to the market.

Our strategy has been to assist through the unique situation then facing these small, mid-size companies, where opportunities exist to provide capital to skilled, reliable operators and where traditional sources of capital are either unwilling to assist, and even if willing, too slow to meet the challenge or opportunity.

As such, our capital will assist a company:

•	through recapitalizations or corporate restructurings; or
•	through a buy-out or a partner;
